JKBOPEE Announces 1st Round of Counselling for 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses 2024: Key Details and Schedule
The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has announced the first round of physical counselling for admissions to the 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses for 2024. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 1st round of physical counselling, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Candidates must have successfully cleared the entrance examination as per Notification No. 075-BOPEE of 2024 (dated 17-08-2024).
- Candidates must possess a Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority.
- All relevant documents, including category certificates (if applicable), must be submitted at the time of counselling.
- Candidates who have failed to submit deficient category certificates within the time limit will be converted to Open Merit, provided they are eligible.
Schedule of Counselling
- Counselling Venue: BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar.
- Time: 8:30 am to 10:00 am (for registration and attendance).
- Counselling Dates: Counselling will proceed based on the rank of the candidates, and they must report on the assigned date for their respective ranks.
Counselling Process

Provisional Selection: After the conclusion of the counselling session, the Provisional Selection List will be released, indicating application number, name, gender, category, institution, and discipline for each selected candidate.
Mode of Counselling
The counselling will be held in physical mode at the BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar. Candidates are required to be present physically on their assigned date and time to complete all formalities.
Important Guidelines for Candidates
- Candidates are advised to regularly check the BOPEE website for updates on the seat matrix and other announcements during the counselling days.
- If a candidate cannot attend the counselling due to a valid reason, they may authorize a family member (via an Authority Letter) to attend on their behalf.
